Wellbeing

  • 4 week course focusing on mental health and understanding the impact of stress, anxiety and depression, as well as tools to manage your wellbeing.

  • 6 week domestic abuse course that explores health and unhealthy traits and behaviours within relationships as well as identifying areas of abuse.
