Margaret Greenwood MP visits TWW

On Friday 15th September Tomorrow's Women Wirral were visited by a local MP...

Margaret Greenwood, Member of Parliament for West Wirral, visited staff and service users at the local women's charity. A vital resource for women in Birkenhead and the rest of the Wirral, Margaret was given a full tour of the centre and served lunch by our hardworking volunteers.

The TWW centre is a thriving network of women, working to empower one another to make positive lifestyle changes. Margaret was moved by the wealth and depth of support available to women in Wirral, including her own constituents in West Wirral.

Alongside speaking with service users over homemade soup in our Inspiration Hall, Margaret pottered about our Tranquillity Garden - even posing for a picture with some ready-to-pick onions! (See below).

It was a lovely afternoon as Margaret soaked up the last few rays of British Summer in our garden. We look forward to seeing you again soon Margaret - thank you for taking the time to come and see the valuable work we do here at Tomorrow's Women.
