Merseyside Community Rehabilitation Company donates outreach minibus to Tomorrow’s Women Wirral
On Thursday 31st August 2017 Merseyside Community Rehabilitation Company (MCRC) donated a minibus to local women’s centre Tomorrow’s Women Wirral. MCRC have gifted the vehicle to the local charity which helps women from all over Merseyside to make positive lifestyle changes.
The vehicle will massively benefit the women of TWW, enabling the charity to do more outreach to hard-to-reach women, trips and off-site projects.

Angela Murphy, Chief Executive Officer at TWW said, “We’re absolutely delighted to receive the minibus. We work with thousands of women across Merseyside here at TWW, often the most vulnerable in society. This bus will allow us to reach even more women who need our services and support.”
Tomorrow’s Women Wirral (TWW) supports women in Merseyside in their hour, week or year of need. A small non-profit organisation, the TWW centre is nestled in the centre of Birkenhead providing an inclusive support network for thousands of women in Merseyside and beyond. TWW aims to empower women to make positive lifestyle changes. There are currently over 4200 women registered at the TWW centre.
When asked about the donation, Chris Edwards, CEO, said: “I am pleased that we could make this donation to TWW and that they will make positive use of the vehicle. This not only supports our sustainability policy to recycle, it also provides a resource to a local charity doing brilliant work with women.”
